Studio Apartment with Balcony St Paul's Bay Malta - Sleeps 2

This one-bedroom studio in St Paul's Bay is a bright, open-plan self-catering apartment with its own private balcony, ideal for short-term stays in Malta.
Whether you are here on a diving holiday, studying at a language school, or on a short work contract, it makes a comfortable and flexible base.
It offers the choice of one large double bed or two twin beds, so it suits couples and friends travelling together equally well, with a combined living and kitchen area and a private shower room.

The studios have double-glazed balcony doors with mosquito nets, and silent, energy-efficient air conditioning for cooling in summer or heating in the cooler months. Use of the air conditioning is at an additional cost; activation cards can be purchased from our office. We have four of these studios, a practical option for language schools or companies needing more than one unit.

What's provided

The studio comes complete with linen, towels and crockery, ready for you to move straight in. Towels are changed every other day, and extra linen changes can be arranged at €10 per bed.

Location

You are ideally placed in St Paul's Bay, close to shops, cafés, restaurants and regular bus routes to Valletta, Sliema and the north of the island, so it is easy to get around whether you are here for a holiday, a course or work.

Rates per night

• November to April: €50
• 2027 Easter period (25 March to 5 April): €80
• May to October: €80

Minimum stay is 3 nights. Longer-stay and multiple-apartment rates are available for language schools and companies, please get in touch for a quote.

Airport transfers

Airport transfers can be arranged at €45 each way. Please let us know at least one week before arrival if you would like us to book this for you, along with your flight number and estimated time of arrival.

Government eco-tax

All guests over the age of 18 are required to pay a government eco-tax of €1.50 per person per night. This is a government-imposed tax, payable in cash to the accommodation provider against a fiscal receipt.

Divers

Our apartments were built with divers in mind, being just 100 metres from Maltaqua dive centre, with free use of a basement wet room for rinsing and storing dive equipment.
